Bowen Education Group provides educational services including but not limited to:

3. Registration and Enrollment / 注册和入学

3.1 Eligibility / 资格

Parents or legal guardians must register children under 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to enroll the student.

3.2 Accurate Information / 准确信息

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.1 Course Fees / 课程费用

Course fees are published on our website and are subject to change. All fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless otherwise arranged.

4.2 Payment Methods / 支付方式

We accept payments via bank transfer, card payments, and other methods as advertised.

Late payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy / 取消和退款政策

5.1 By Students/Parents / 学生/家长取消

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus £20 administration fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• After course has started: No refund for unused sessions

5.2 By Bowen Education Group / 博文教育集团取消

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Code of Conduct / 行为准则

All students, parents, and staff are expected to:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy / 尊重和礼貌地对待他人
• Attend classes punctually / 准时上课

• Follow safety guidelines / 遵守安全指南
• Respect property and facilities / 尊重财产和设施

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion without refund.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bowen Education Group and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
