Bowen Chess Club is an officially registered club with the English Chess Federation (ECF), dedicated to promoting chess in the Greater Manchester area. We have an experienced team of ECF certified coaches providing systematic and professional training for chess players of all ages from 6 years old to adults. The club regularly organizes internal competitions and friendly matches, and recommends outstanding students to participate in ECF rated events and national championships. Chess is not only an intellectual sport, but also cultivates children's concentration, logical thinking, decision-making abilities and stress management skills, which greatly benefit their academic and future development.
