Registration and Trial Classes

Bowen Chinese School welcomes all students who are eager to learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture.
We offer free trial classes for all new students, helping parents and children better understand our curriculum, teaching styles, and classroom atmosphere to find the most suitable learning path.
📋 Registration and Trial Process
🔹 Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form
Parents can fill out the online registration form through the school website or by scanning the WeChat QR code, and select a suitable trial class date and time slot.
Information to provide includes student name, age, Chinese proficiency level, contact details, and interested course categories.
🔹 Step 2: Course Matching and Trial Arrangement
The school will arrange an appropriate trial class based on the student's age and language proficiency.
Staff will confirm the trial class, time, and classroom information via email or text 1–2 days before the trial.
🔹 Step 3: On-site Trial Experience
Students attend class at the scheduled time. The trial class will be taught by official teachers.
During class, teachers will observe the student's language foundation and learning interests to provide reference for subsequent class placement.
🔹 Step 4: Trial Feedback and Class Placement Recommendations
After the trial, teachers will communicate with parents to provide feedback on the student's classroom performance and suitable class level.
Parents can choose to enroll in the appropriate course based on the feedback.
🔹 Step 5: Confirm Enrollment and Payment
After determining the class, parents complete payment and registration, and the student officially joins Bowen Chinese School.
The Academic Affairs Office will send enrollment notifications and timetable information, and your child can officially begin their learning journey.
